Ajwa Khajoor ek ahem Sunnati ghiza hai jiska zikr Hadees mein bhi aata hai. Ye sirf mazaydar phal nahi balki sehat aur shifa ka behtareen zariya hai.
Hadees ka Zikar
Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya:
> “Jo shakhs subah ke waqt 7 Ajwa Khajoor khaye, us din usay na zehar nuksan dega aur na jadoo.”
(Bukhari Shareef)
Sehat ke Faide
1. Dil ki hifazat – Ajwa heart patients ke liye nihayat faida mand hai.
2. Khoon saaf karti hai – Khoon ki circulation behtareen karti hai.
3. Immunity strong banati hai – Bimariyon ke khilaf jism ko mazboot banati hai.
4. Energy aur Quwat – Kamzori aur thakan door karti hai.
5. Haddiyon ki taqat – Calcium aur minerals ki wajah se haddiyan mazboot karti hai.
Istemaal ka Tariqa
Rozana subha khali pet 3 se 7 Ajwa khajoor khana.
Ajwa ka paste ya powder doodh ke sath bhi istemal kiya jata hai.
Natija
Ajwa Khajoor na sirf Sunnat hai balki sehat aur shifa ka behtareen zariya hai jo rooh aur jism dono ke liye faida mand hai.
