Talbeenah Jau (barley) se tayar kiya jata hai jo Rasool Allah ﷺ ki pasandeeda ghiza thi. Ye na sirf sehat ke liye mufeed hai balki roohani taskeen ka zariya bhi hai.
Hadees ka Zikar
Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya:
> “Talbeenah dil ko sukoon deta hai aur gham ko door karta hai.”
(Ibn Majah)
Sehat ke Faide
1. Dil aur Dimagh ke Liye Faidemand – Depression aur pareshani ko kam karta hai.
2. Hazma Behtareen – Pet ki bimariyon aur qabz mein faida karta hai.
3. Khoon ki Safai – Cholesterol aur blood pressure control karta hai.
4. Taqat aur Energy – Kamzori aur thakan door karta hai.
5. Immunity Mazboot – Bimariyon ke khilaf jism ko taqat deta hai.
Banane ka Tariqa
2 chamach jau ka aata 1 glass doodh ya pani mein pakaen.
Isay halka garam kar ke shahad mila kar piya jaye.
Breakfast mein istemal karna bohot faida mand hai.
Natija
Talbeenah Sunnat ki woh ghiza hai jo jism aur rooh dono ke liye shifa aur taskeen ka sabab hai. Har gharane ko isay apni ghiza ka hissa banana chahiye.
