Sehat aur Sunnat — Rozmarra ke Asaan Totkay

Islam ne na sirf roohani hidayaat di hain balki rozmarra ki sehat aur rehaish ke liye bhi bohat si sada aur mufeed cheezen batayi hain. Is post mein hum kuch aise asaan aur amal-pazeer nuktay share karenge jo aap asani se apni zindagi mein shamil kar sakte hain.
1. Subah ka nizaam (Morning routine)
Subah jaldi uthna sehat ke liye faida mand hai. Qudrati roshni aur safai se din behtar guzarta hai. Subah ka wazu, halka sa walk ya halki exercise aur nuskha-e-sada khanay ka aik faydemand nizaam hai.
- Halka walk: 15-30 minute rozana.
- Garam pani (thoda sa lemon agar pasand ho) se subah ki shuruaat.
