🍯 Shehad + Nimbu + Garam Pani — Subah ka Sunnat Immunity Drink
Intro: Subah khali pait shehad, nimbu aur garam paani lena ek seedha aur asaan Sunnat-style nuskha hai jo immunity, hazm aur energy ke liye mufeed hai. Yeh drink rozana routine me shamil karne se aapko din bhar energy aur sehat ka ehsaas hota hai.
Samaan (Ingredients):
- 1 glass garam paani (lekin bohat zyada garam nahi)
- 1 chammach shehad (raw honey agar mumkin ho)
- Adha nimbu (lekin agar acidity ho to kam kar den)
Tayyari ka Tareeqa (Recipe):
- Ek glass paani ko halka garam karen (boil na karein — sirf garam jaisa ke haath me feel ho).
- Paani ko thoda thanda honay den taake bohot garam na rahe.
- Isme 1 chammach shehad dal kar ache se hilayein.
- Adha nimbu nichod kar add karen aur dubara halki tarah mix karen.
- Subah khali pait is drink ko peen — phir 15-30 minutes ke baad light nashta karen.
