Doodh insaan ki qadeem aur qudrati ghiza hai jo bachpan se buzurgi tak har umar ke liye faidemand hai. Quran aur Hadees dono mein doodh ka zikr aur iski fazilat milti hai.
Quran ka Zikar
Allah Ta’ala farmata hai:
> “Aur tumhare liye jaanwaron mein bhi sabaq hai. Hum tumhe unke pait se doodh pilate hain jo paak hai aur peene walon ke liye lazat bakhsh hai.”
(Surah An-Nahl: 66)
Hadees ka Zikar
Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya:
> “Allah Ta’ala jise doodh ata kare to usay chahiye ke woh kahe: Allahumma barik lana fihi wa zidna minhu.”
(Tirmizi Shareef)
Sehat ke Faide
1. Haddiyon ki Taqat – Calcium aur Vitamin D haddiyan mazboot karte hain.
2. Dimagh aur Yaad-dasht – Doodh dimagh ke liye behtareen ghiza hai.
3. Khoon ki Taqwiyat – Khoon ki kami door karta hai.
4. Neend aur Sukoon – Doodh peene se neend behtareen aati hai.
5. Immunity aur Quwat – Jism ko taqat aur bimariyon se bachao deta hai.
Istemaal ka Tariqa
Subha ya raat ko garam doodh peena sehatmand hai.
Shahad, Ajwa khajoor ya Haldi ke sath lena aur bhi faidemand hai.
Bachon aur buzurgon ke liye rozana doodh piya jaye.
Natija
Doodh Allah ki ek azeem niyamat hai jo Sunnat bhi hai aur sehat aur taqat ka behtareen zariya bhi.
