Subah ka Nashta Sunnat ke Mutabiq aur Sehat ka Naya Nizam


 Nashta din ki sabse aham ghiza hai. Sunnat ke mutabiq agar hum apna din shuru karen to sirf roohani sukoon hi nahi balki sehatmand zindagi bhi guzar sakte hain. Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne hamesha sehat bakhsh aur qudrati cheezon ko pasand farmaya.


🌸 Sunnat ka Nashta


Khajoor: Nabi ﷺ ko khajoor bohot pasand thi. Is mein instant energy hai aur ye khoon saaf karti hai.


Doodh: Doodh Sunnat bhi hai aur calcium ka best source bhi.


Shahad paani mein ghola hua: Subah ke waqt shahad lena hadees se sabit hai aur is se hazma aur liver dono mazboot hote hain.
