Miswak — Sunnat bhi, Sehat bhi


 Assalamualaikum,


Miswak ek ahem sunnat hai jo hamari sehat aur safai dono ke liye mufeed hai. Nabi Kareem ﷺ rozana miswak farmate the aur isay bohot pasand karte the. Miswak ka istemal na sirf ibadat hai balkeh yeh dant aur masoodon ke liye behtareen hai.


### Miswak ke Fawaid:

- Daanton ki safai aur plak kam karta hai.

- Masoodon ko mazboot banata hai aur khoon aane se rokta hai.

- Muh ki badbu door karta hai.

- Oral hygiene ko barqarar rakhta hai.

- Research ke mutabiq, miswak ke andar naturally anti-bacterial properties hoti hain.


### Miswak karne ka tareeqa:

1. Miswak ka sira chhil kar naram karein.

2. Daanton aur masoodon par halki si masajh ki tarah ghoomayein.

3. Roz subah aur har namaz se pehle miswak karna sunnat hai.


### Nateeja:

Miswak ek chhoti si aadat hai jo zindagi ko sehatmand banati hai. Yeh Sunnat bhi hai aur sehat ke liye fitrat ka nuskha bhi. Aaj se hi miswak ko apni routine ka hissa banaiye.
