Pani Pine ke Faide — Sehatmand Zindagi ki Kunji




 Assalamualaikum,


Insaan ki sehat ka sabse ahem hissa pani hai. Allah Ta’ala ne Qur’an me bhi pani ko zindagi ka zariya qarar diya hai. Rozana pani peena sirf pyaas bujhane ke liye nahi, balkeh sehat aur taqat barhane ke liye bhi zaroori hai.


### Pani Pine ke Fawaid:

- **Sehatmand Jild:** Pani jild ko narm aur taza rakhta hai.

- **Hazan mein Behtari:** Pani hazam ko behtareen banata hai aur qabz door karta hai.

- **Energy ka Izafa:** Pani sharir ki thakan kam karta hai aur energy barhata hai.

- **Toxins ka Izala:** Pani se jisam ke andar ke zehrele maday (toxins) nikal jate hain.

- **Dimag ki Taazgi:** Pani peene se dimag ki functioning behtareen hoti hai.


### Kab aur Kaise Pani Peena Chahiye:

1. Subha uthte hi ek glass pani peena sehat ke liye mufeed hai.

2. Har namaz ke baad thoda pani peena chahiye.

3. Khana khane se foran baad ziyada pani peene se bachna chahiye.

4. Din bhar thoda thoda pani pite rehna chahiye.


### Nateeja:

Rozana sahi tareeqe se pani peena sehatmand zindagi ki kunji hai. Aaj se hi apni routine mein pani ko ahmiyat dein aur sehatmand zindagi ka lutf uthaiye.
