Islam hume sirf ibadat nahi, balki poori zindagi ka nizaam sikhata hai. Rasool Allah ﷺ ki sunnatein aaj bhi sehatmand aur pur-sukoon zindagi ka raaz hain.
🌿 Tareeqe
1️⃣ Subah jaldi uthna aur Fajr ke baad thoda walk karna
2️⃣ Miswak ka istemal
3️⃣ Zaitoon ka tel lagana aur khana
4️⃣ Halka aur paet bhar khana nahi
5️⃣ Pani beth kar peena
6️⃣ Tahleel aur tasbeeh ke zariye sakoon
7️⃣ Neend se pehle wuzu karna
📜 Khitma
Sunnat ke mutabiq chalne se sirf roohani nahi, jismani sehat bhi behtar hoti hai.
