🌙 Roza (Fasting) ke Sehatmand Asraat – Sunnat aur Medical Research


 Roza Islam ka paanchwa rukun hai, jo sirf ibadat nahi balki sehat ka bhi behtareen nizam hai. Nabi Kareem ï·º ne farmaya:

“Roza rakho, sehatmand ho jao.”
