Sehat aur Safai – Sunnat ke Adaab aur Aaj ke Hygiene Rules


 Safai Islam ka bohot aham hissa hai. Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne farmaya:

“Safai nisf iman hai.”

(Yani safai sirf sehat ka nahi, iman ka bhi ek aham hissa hai). Aaj ki modern science bhi hygiene ko sehatmand zindagi ki buniyad kehti hai.

🌸 Sunnat ke Adaab


Wuzu: Din mein bar bar wuzu karna sirf ibadat ki tayari nahi, balki safai aur freshness bhi hai.


Miswak: Nabi ﷺ ne miswak ko pasand farmaya jo munh ki safai aur sehat dono hai.


Ghusl: Juma aur ibadaton se pehle ghusl karna Sunnat hai.


Kapron ki safai: Rasool Allah ﷺ hamesha saaf sutre kapde pehnte.


Nakhun aur bal katna: Hadees se sabit hai ke unhein waqt par trim karna zaroori hai.

🩺 Science ki Roshni Mein Faide


Wuzu aur ghusl: Skin fresh rehti hai, infections se bachav hota hai.


Oral hygiene: Miswak aur toothbrush dono munh ke germs khatam karte hain aur gums ko mazboot banate hain.


Hand hygiene: Bar bar hath dhona bacteria aur viruses se bachaav karta hai (WHO bhi isi ko sabse bari protection kehti hai).


Clean clothes: Saaf kapde germs aur skin diseases se bachate hain.


Nails aur hair trimming: Yeh chhupay huye germs aur dirt ko khatam kar dete hain.

Safai Sunnat bhi hai aur sehat bhi. Agar hum apni zindagi mein wuzu, ghusl, miswak, kapron ki safai aur hygiene rules shamil karen to sirf roohani sukoon nahi, balki sehatmand zindagi bhi guzar sakte hain. Sunnat lifestyle

 asal mein ek complete health system hai.
