Namaz aur Sehat – Roohani aur Jismani Faide


Namaz Islam ka doosra rukun hai jo sirf ibadat nahi, balki sehat aur lifestyle ka bhi ek complete system hai. Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne farmaya:

“Namaz meri aankhon ki thandak hai.”

Namaz insaan ke liye roohani sakoon, dil ka sukoon aur jism ki exercise dono hai.

Ghusl: Juma aur ibadaton se pehle ghusl karna Sunnat hai.

Nakhun aur bal katna: Hadees se sabit hai ke unhein waqt par trim karna zaroori hai.

Wuzu aur ghusl: Skin fresh rehti hai, infections se bachav hota hai.

5. Pani aur drinks moderate ho — bohat thanda pani khane ke baad pet ko shock de sakta hai, sukoon nahin dega.

Doodh (Milk) – Sunnat aur Sehat ke Liye


 Doodh insaan ki qadeem aur qudrati ghiza hai jo bachpan se buzurgi tak har umar ke liye faidemand hai. Quran aur Hadees dono mein doodh ka zikr aur iski fazilat milti hai.


Quran ka Zikar

Allah Ta’ala farmata hai:


> “Aur tumhare liye jaanwaron mein bhi sabaq hai. Hum tumhe unke pait se doodh pilate hain jo paak hai aur peene walon ke liye lazat bakhsh hai.”

(Surah An-Nahl: 66)




Hadees ka Zikar

Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya:


> “Allah Ta’ala jise doodh ata kare to usay chahiye ke woh kahe: Allahumma barik lana fihi wa zidna minhu.”

(Tirmizi Shareef)




Sehat ke Faide


1. Haddiyon ki Taqat – Calcium aur Vitamin D haddiyan mazboot karte hain.



2. Dimagh aur Yaad-dasht – Doodh dimagh ke liye behtareen ghiza hai.



3. Khoon ki Taqwiyat – Khoon ki kami door karta hai.



4. Neend aur Sukoon – Doodh peene se neend behtareen aati hai.



5. Immunity aur Quwat – Jism ko taqat aur bimariyon se bachao deta hai.




Istemaal ka Tariqa


Subha ya raat ko garam doodh peena sehatmand hai.


Shahad, Ajwa khajoor ya Haldi ke sath lena aur bhi faidemand hai.


Bachon aur buzurgon ke liye rozana doodh piya jaye.



Natija

Doodh Allah ki ek azeem niyamat hai jo Sunnat bhi hai aur sehat aur taqat ka behtareen zariya bhi.

Aab-e-Zamzam – Shifa aur Barakat


 Aab-e-Zamzam wo paak pani hai jo Allah Ta’ala ne Hazrat Hajrah aur unke bete Hazrat Ismail عليه السلام ke liye Makkah ke be-ab-o-giyaah sehra mein nikal diya. Ye pani qayamat tak jari rahega aur momineen ke liye barakat aur shifa ka zariya hai.


Hadees ka Zikar

Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya:


> “Zamzam ka pani jis niyat se piya jaye, usi ke liye shifa deta hai.”

(Ibn Majah)




Sehat ke Faide


1. Shifa ka Zariya – Har bimaari ke liye niyat se piya jaye to Allah Ta’ala shifa deta hai.



2. Energy aur Taqat – Jism ko taqat aur fresh energy deta hai.



3. Minerals se Bharpoor – Jism ko qudrati tor par zaroori minerals faraham karta hai.



4. Rohani Sukoon – Imaan aur ibadat mein roohani quwat deta hai.



5. Sehatmand Hazma – Pet ke liye bhi faidemand hai.




Pine ka Tariqa


Bismillah parh kar khade ho kar pee jae.


Qibla rukh ho kar, teen saans mein pee jaye.


Har martaba apni niyat (shifa, ilm, rizq, sehat) samajh kar piya jaye.



Natija

Aab-e-Zamzam Allah ka woh azeem tohfa hai jo sirf pani nahi balki roohani aur jismi tor par barakat aur shifa ka zariya hai.

Talbeenah (Jau ka Daliya) – Sunnati Ghiza


 Talbeenah Jau (barley) se tayar kiya jata hai jo Rasool Allah ﷺ ki pasandeeda ghiza thi. Ye na sirf sehat ke liye mufeed hai balki roohani taskeen ka zariya bhi hai.


Hadees ka Zikar

Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya:


> “Talbeenah dil ko sukoon deta hai aur gham ko door karta hai.”

(Ibn Majah)




Sehat ke Faide


1. Dil aur Dimagh ke Liye Faidemand – Depression aur pareshani ko kam karta hai.



2. Hazma Behtareen – Pet ki bimariyon aur qabz mein faida karta hai.



3. Khoon ki Safai – Cholesterol aur blood pressure control karta hai.



4. Taqat aur Energy – Kamzori aur thakan door karta hai.



5. Immunity Mazboot – Bimariyon ke khilaf jism ko taqat deta hai.




Banane ka Tariqa


2 chamach jau ka aata 1 glass doodh ya pani mein pakaen.


Isay halka garam kar ke shahad mila kar piya jaye.


Breakfast mein istemal karna bohot faida mand hai.



Natija

Talbeenah Sunnat ki woh ghiza hai jo jism aur rooh dono ke liye shifa aur taskeen ka sabab hai. Har gharane ko isay apni ghiza ka hissa banana chahiye.

Zaitoon (Olive) – Quran aur Sunnat ki Barkat


 Zaitoon ek ahem phal hai jiska zikr Quran mein kai martaba aya hai. Is ka tel (Olive Oil) tibbi tor par bemisaal faide rakhta hai aur Rasool Allah ﷺ ne bhi iski fazilat bayan farmayi hai.


Quran ka Zikar

Allah Ta’ala farmata hai:


> "Allah ki paida ki hui ek shajar (zaitoon) jo Mubarak hai."

(Surah An-Noor: 35)




Hadees ka Zikar

Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya:


> “Zaitoon ka tel khao aur isay lagao, kyunke ye mubarak darakht se hai.”

(Tirmizi Shareef)




Sehat ke Faide


1. Dil ki sehat – Cholesterol aur blood pressure control karta hai.



2. Dimagh mazboot banata hai – Yaad-dasht aur nerves ke liye behtareen.



3. Skin aur Baal – Chehre ko roshan aur baalon ko mazboot banata hai.



4. Hazma behtareen – Pet aur digestion ke liye faidemand.



5. Anti-aging – Jism ko tazgi aur jawani barqarar rakhta hai.




Istemaal ka Tariqa


Zaitoon ka tel salat aur khanon mein istemal karen.


Tel ko body aur baalon par lagayen.


Rozana chand qatra doodh ya pani ke sath lena bhi faida mand hai.



Natija

Zaitoon Allah ka ek bara anmol tohfa hai jo roohani barakat ke sath tibbi tor par bhi sehat aur shifa ka khazana hai.

Ajwa Khajoor – Sunnat aur Sehat ka Khazana


 Ajwa Khajoor ek ahem Sunnati ghiza hai jiska zikr Hadees mein bhi aata hai. Ye sirf mazaydar phal nahi balki sehat aur shifa ka behtareen zariya hai.

Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya:


> “Jo shakhs subah ke waqt 7 Ajwa Khajoor khaye, us din usay na zehar nuksan dega aur na jadoo.”

Sehat ke Faide


1. Dil ki hifazat – Ajwa heart patients ke liye nihayat faida mand hai.



2. Khoon saaf karti hai – Khoon ki circulation behtareen karti hai.



3. Immunity strong banati hai – Bimariyon ke khilaf jism ko mazboot banati hai.



4. Energy aur Quwat – Kamzori aur thakan door karti hai.



5. Haddiyon ki taqat – Calcium aur minerals ki wajah se haddiyan mazboot karti hai.




Istemaal ka Tariqa


Rozana subha khali pet 3 se 7 Ajwa khajoor khana.


Ajwa ka paste ya powder doodh ke sath bhi istemal kiya jata hai.



Natija

Ajwa Khajoor na sirf Sunnat hai balki sehat aur shifa ka behtareen zariya hai jo rooh aur jism dono ke liye faida mand hai.

Shahad (Honey) – Quran aur Sunnat ki Shifa


 Asalamualaikum Mera Naam Muhammad Yasir umeed hai aap sab kheriat honge 

Shahad ek aisi qudrati dawai hai jo insaan ko sehat, taqat aur shifa faraham karti hai. Allah Ta’ala ne Quran mein bhi is ka zikr farmaya hai.

Allah Ta’ala farmata hai:


> "Is mein logon ke liye shifa hai."

(Surah An-Nahl: 69)

Rasool Allah ﷺ ne shahad ke bare mein farmaya:


> “Shahad mein shifa hai.”

Sehat ke Faide


1. Immunity barhata hai – Bimariyon se bachata hai.



2. Zakhmon ka ilaaj – Zakhm aur jalnay par lagaya jaye to shifa milti hai.



3. Hazma behtareen banata hai – Pet ke dard, gas aur qabz door karta hai.



4. Dil aur Khoon – Cholesterol aur BP ko control karta hai.



5. Energy – Jism ko quwat aur fresh energy deta hai.




Istemaal ka Tariqa


Subha narm garam pani ke sath 1 chamach shahad lena.


Doodh ke sath shahad mila kar peena.


Kalonji, adrak ya lemon ke sath bhi shahad lena faidemand hai.



Natija

Shahad ek aisi qudrati dawai hai jo roohani tor par bhi barakat hai aur sehat ke liye bhi bemisaal hai.

Kali Zeera (Kalonji) – Har Bimari Ki Shifa

Kali Zeera, jise aam taur par Kalonji kaha jata hai, ek aisi behtareen dawaii sabit hui hai jiska zikr Quran aur Hadees dono mein milta hai. Isay “Shifa ka khazana” kaha jata hai.

4. Dard door kare – Sar dard, joint pain aur body pain mein aazmooda.



5. Diabetes aur BP – Sugar aur pressure ko control karne mein madadgar.

Rozana 5–7 dana Kalonji ka pani ya doodh ke sath lena.


Kalonji oil (Roghan) ka istemaal bhi bohot faida mand hai.


Shahed ke sath mila kar bhi liya ja sakta hai.

Kali Zeera ek aisi Sunnat aur Shifa ka zariya hai jo na sirf roohani tor par barakat laata hai balki tibbi tor par bhi bemisaal faide rakhta hai.

Surah Fatiha se Shifa — Qurani Sunnat aur Sehat

 Assalamualaikum,


Surah Fatiha Qur’an ki pehli surah hai jise "Umm-ul-Kitab" (Qur’an ki Maa) kaha jata hai. Is surah ko Allah Ta’ala ne na sirf ibadat aur dua ke liye nazil kiya balki is me shifa bhi rakhi hai. Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne is surah ko shifa ke liye parhne ki talqeen farmai.


### Surah Fatiha se Shifa:

- Jab kisi sahabi ne zehreela janwar kaata to us par Surah Fatiha padh kar phooki gayi aur Allah ne shifa ata farmai.

- Har tarah ki bechaini aur pareshani me Surah Fatiha parhne se dil ko sukoon milta hai.

- Yeh surah roohani tor par bimarion se bachao aur sehat ke liye nuskha hai.


### Kaise Amal karein:

1. Kisi bhi bimar ya dard wali jagah par Surah Fatiha parh kar phoonk dein.

2. Rozana namazon me isay dhyan se parhna bhi roohani sehat deta hai.

3. Pareshani, gham ya dukh ki soorat me Surah Fatiha parh kar Allah se dua karein.


### Nateeja:

Surah Fatiha sirf ibadat ka hissa nahi, balkeh shifa ka zariya bhi hai. Jab hum is sunnat par amal karte hain to Allah ki rehmat se roohani aur jismani sehat dono 




aseeb hoti hai.

Pani Pine ke Faide — Sehatmand Zindagi ki Kunji




 Assalamualaikum,


Insaan ki sehat ka sabse ahem hissa pani hai. Allah Ta’ala ne Qur’an me bhi pani ko zindagi ka zariya qarar diya hai. Rozana pani peena sirf pyaas bujhane ke liye nahi, balkeh sehat aur taqat barhane ke liye bhi zaroori hai.


### Pani Pine ke Fawaid:

- **Sehatmand Jild:** Pani jild ko narm aur taza rakhta hai.

- **Hazan mein Behtari:** Pani hazam ko behtareen banata hai aur qabz door karta hai.

- **Energy ka Izafa:** Pani sharir ki thakan kam karta hai aur energy barhata hai.

- **Toxins ka Izala:** Pani se jisam ke andar ke zehrele maday (toxins) nikal jate hain.

- **Dimag ki Taazgi:** Pani peene se dimag ki functioning behtareen hoti hai.


### Kab aur Kaise Pani Peena Chahiye:

1. Subha uthte hi ek glass pani peena sehat ke liye mufeed hai.

2. Har namaz ke baad thoda pani peena chahiye.

3. Khana khane se foran baad ziyada pani peene se bachna chahiye.

4. Din bhar thoda thoda pani pite rehna chahiye.


### Nateeja:

Rozana sahi tareeqe se pani peena sehatmand zindagi ki kunji hai. Aaj se hi apni routine mein pani ko ahmiyat dein aur sehatmand zindagi ka lutf uthaiye.

Miswak — Sunnat bhi, Sehat bhi


 Assalamualaikum,


Miswak ek ahem sunnat hai jo hamari sehat aur safai dono ke liye mufeed hai. Nabi Kareem ﷺ rozana miswak farmate the aur isay bohot pasand karte the. Miswak ka istemal na sirf ibadat hai balkeh yeh dant aur masoodon ke liye behtareen hai.


### Miswak ke Fawaid:

- Daanton ki safai aur plak kam karta hai.

- Masoodon ko mazboot banata hai aur khoon aane se rokta hai.

- Muh ki badbu door karta hai.

- Oral hygiene ko barqarar rakhta hai.

- Research ke mutabiq, miswak ke andar naturally anti-bacterial properties hoti hain.


### Miswak karne ka tareeqa:

1. Miswak ka sira chhil kar naram karein.

2. Daanton aur masoodon par halki si masajh ki tarah ghoomayein.

3. Roz subah aur har namaz se pehle miswak karna sunnat hai.


### Nateeja:

Miswak ek chhoti si aadat hai jo zindagi ko sehatmand banati hai. Yeh Sunnat bhi hai aur sehat ke liye fitrat ka nuskha bhi. Aaj se hi miswak ko apni routine ka hissa banaiye.
